When i put that file on the target machine which was not the one I was chatting on it again installed the 32 bit version.

So I’m going to have to have another session and try again. Unfortunately the link to click to start a chat for the same case number, which was provided in the chat window, went away when the chat window changed to a satisfaction survey.
