Solutions are here! Touchscreen: Hold your finger still for a second before dragging. The folder is there, i cick on it and its says cant access. Click OK. I had to buy this new device with Windows 10 pre-installed because Windows 10 installed itself without asking permission on my last device, rendering it practically useless.
